Terms of Service

This page is being finalised with counsel. It will carry the full Terms of Service before CallHeim accepts a paying customer.

2 of the 4 documents a security review usually asks for are published today. The two that are not are the two on these legal routes, and they are marked pending rather than filled with placeholder text that reads like a contract.

This page is being finalised with counsel. CallHeim is pre-customer, card payments are not switched on, and no contract has been signed with anyone. Rather than publish text nobody has reviewed, this page says what is true today instead.

What is true today, regardless

  • Starter $9, Pro $15 and Business $29 per user per month. Enterprise is negotiated. Paid plans are activated directly by the CallHeim team.
  • 14-day trial with up to 5 seats and no card required. Adding a user beyond a plan’s seat limit is refused (Trial 5, Starter 10, Pro 50, Business 200); existing users and paging are not affected.
  • E-mail paging is live in early access: incident pages go out through Resend with an acknowledge link, and sent and delivered status is recorded on the incident.
  • Acknowledge an incident from the page e-mail through a signed, single-use link that opens a confirmation page. The link expires within 24 hours.

Need this before we do?

If you are evaluating CallHeim and need reviewed terms to proceed, that is a legitimate blocker and we would rather hear it than lose the evaluation quietly.

No contact address is published yet. Start with the security page or the FAQ — most evaluation questions are answered on one of those two.
