Service providers that receive your data.
The services CallHeim, operated by Packysnappy, uses to run the product, what each one receives and when. Reviewed 2026-10-23.
| Provider | Purpose | What it receives | When |
|---|---|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services | Hosting, database, storage, queues, sign-in and backups | All application data: incidents, alerts, schedules, users, the audit log and backups. Stored in us-east-1. | Always |
| Resend | Sending e-mail | Page e-mails and other e-mail CallHeim sends: the recipient address, the incident severity, number and title, an acknowledge link and a link to the incident. | When CallHeim sends an e-mail |
| Twilio | Text messages and phone calls | Phone-number verification codes. If your organization turns on SMS and voice: the incident severity and title, and in a text a one-time acknowledge link. | When a code, a text page or a call is sent |
| Browser push services (Google, Mozilla, Microsoft, Apple) | Push notifications | A short notification with the incident title and links. | Only for a person who turns on push in their browser |
| Slack and Microsoft Teams | Incident notifications in your channels | Incident notifications for the channels you configure. | Only if your organization connects them |
| Google Fonts | Fonts on the app sign-in page | The visitor’s IP address and browser details, as with any font request. | When the sign-in page at app.callheim.com loads |
No incident data is sent to an external language model, and CallHeim does not train any model on your incidents. Severity suggestions and related-incident insights are rule-based code running inside CallHeim’s own AWS environment.
