Support
Getting help with CallHeim.
Support runs through Help Center in the app. Here is how a request works, and what to send so it can be answered in one pass.
Open a request
Open a request from Help Center in the app and choose a priority from Low to Urgent. Replies and status changes arrive by e-mail, and you answer in Help Center. Help Center is open during the free trial too.
Attach what helps
Add screenshots or logs to a request: PNG, JPEG, GIF, WebP, PDF, TXT or LOG files, up to 5 files of 10 MB each.
A page did not arrive
Open the incident first: sent, delivered and bounced status is recorded on it for each page. Then open an Urgent request with the incident number (#N) and the person who should have been paged.
Billing and plans
Ask from Billing in the app, or open a request in Help Center with the Billing category. Say which plan and how many seats you need.
Security reports
Open an Urgent request with “Security” in the subject, and include the steps to reproduce, the affected URL and the impact.
Accessibility
If part of CallHeim is hard to use with your browser, screen reader or keyboard, tell us in a request so it can be fixed.
Do not reply to page e-mails: they come from notify.callheim.com and replies are not read.
Before you open a request
Answers that are already written down.
