Email ingest

Send SendGrid (inbound email) alerts to on-call with CallHeim.

Send SendGrid alert mail to your workspace’s own inbound alert address (Trial, Business or Enterprise plan), or route it through a generic webhook integration. What is available today, and the workaround, are below.

How to connect it today

Connect SendGrid mail through your workspace’s own inbound alert address (Trial, Business or Enterprise plan) or a generic webhook integration. SendGrid’s provider-side Inbound Parse route needs a token that is not issued to customers.

Trial, Business and Enterprise plans: each workspace gets an inbound alert e-mail address for email-to-alert; mail sent to it becomes an alert. Starter and Pro do not include it. Or route mail into CallHeim through the generic webhook if you already forward it somewhere that can POST JSON.
