Okta Event Hooks reach CallHeim through a relay you run, which answers Okta’s one-time verification request. What is available today, and the workaround, are below.
Batched deliveries
Each delivery becomes one alert, from its first event. If Okta batches several events into one delivery, only the first is turned into an alert.
How to connect it today
Okta’s Event Hook registration requires answering a one-time verification GET request. CallHeim’s ingest endpoint accepts POST only, so run a small relay that answers the challenge and forwards events to CallHeim.
There is no workaround for this one today — check back, or send us the payload shape through the generic webhook in the meantime if Okta can be made to POST JSON some other way.
