Build the complete incident management platform that respects your data, your budget, and your engineers' sleep schedules — with AI that never leaves your cloud and a pricing model that doesn't punish growth.
Why we built it
Per-seat pricing makes every hire an invoice line item. AIOps add-ons cost more than the base platform. And every "AI-powered" feature sends your incident data — hostnames, service names, alert text — to a third-party LLM you don't control.
Callheim is built on the opposite bets: serverless flat pricing (~$150–300/mo all-in), AI that runs 100% inside your AWS account, and an honest public scorecard that shows exactly where we trail PagerDuty and what we're building next.
Where we are today
Callheim is early-stage with no production customers yet. We have working infrastructure, proven load performance, and an honest comparison against PagerDuty. We publish our scores — including the low ones — because we think buyers deserve accurate information.
